What is reHyve?

reHyve is a single-serve performance supplement under FSSAI food category 13.6 (food supplements), made for runners, cyclists, hybrid athletes and anyone who trains hard. The complete ingredient and nutritional declaration is printed on the product label.

How much should I take, and when?

Follow the recommended usage printed on the pack, or take it as advised by a healthcare expert. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. This product is for adults only and is not recommended for children or for pregnant and lactating women.

Does it contain caffeine?

Yes. The exact quantity is declared on the product label. Under FSSAI norms, total caffeine intake should not exceed 300 mg per day, with no more than 200 mg in a single dose — so if you also drink coffee or tea, factor that in. Caffeine is not recommended for children or for pregnant and lactating women.
